At The Crown Publishing Group she conceived and implemented the successful Design for Living retail promotion for Clarkson N. Potter design and Martha Stewart titles. As VP at HarperCollins she was a creative force behind bestsellers by Barbara Kingsolver, Jeffrey Archer, Jackie Collins, and Barry Sears. She launched business genre classics Barbarians at the Gate and Reengineering. As VP, Creative Marketing Director at Dell, she implemented the Danielle Steel Reading Group Campaign and conceived and implemented successful plans for Christopher Reich, Thomas Harris, Judy Blume, Harlan Coben and John Lescroart, breaking new ground and using new technologies. As Marketing Director, Sterling Publishing, her Hippie campaign resulted in the company’s first NY Times Bestseller. There, she promoted Hearst and AARP branded books. At St Martin’s Press her innovations drove successes from newcomer Chelsea Cain and thriller authors Michael Palmer, Joseph Finder, and Iris Johansen. Her online “Bite a Friend” campaign for Sherilyn Kenyon contributed to the vampire romance author’s first hardcover bestseller. She is a published author who has worked at the American Museum of Natural History and lectured at the NYU and Pace publishing programs. She served as President of the Publishers Advertising and Marketing Association.
